What is Ason Bajaar?

Ason Bajaar is an online grocery store specializing in authentic ethnic food and grocery products from Nepal. We directly source our products from local communities and trusted suppliers across Nepal to deliver them to customers in the U.S. through our Shopify-powered eCommerce store.

What kind of products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of Nepali grocery items, including spices, snacks, lentils, pickles, ready-to-eat foods, beverages, traditional cooking ingredients, and more. Our selection continues to grow as we partner with reputable Nepali brands and expand our offerings.

Are your products authentic and sourced from Nepal?

This is our solemn promise and assurance to all - Yes, all our products are imported directly from Nepal, sourced from local communities and trusted suppliers to ensure authenticity, quality, and freshness.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Ason Bajaar, we recognize that seamless delivery is essential to your satisfaction. While shipping timelines depend on carrier operations beyond our direct control, we proactively partner with you to overcome obstacles.

If delays occur, tracking complexities arise, or special requirements emerge, contact us immediately at support@asonbajaar.com. We shall leverage our carrier relationships, expedite solutions, and provide personalized guidance—because your trust inspires us to go the extra mile.

Carrier Responsibility

Ason Bajaar partners mainly with, but not limited to, UPS and USPS for order fulfillment.

Note:

- Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates only, not guarantees.

- We shall not be able to assume liability for delays once shipments enter carrier custody.


USA Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping Eligibility:

- Orders exceeding $69.00 qualify for Free shipping within the contiguous United States (48 adjoining states).

- Heavy items, large/heavy groceries order, odd shipping boxes, fragile items, or products requiring special handling may be excluded or shall incur higher shipping charges depending on the carrier rates

Order Processing:
- Orders finalized before 2:00 PM CT on business days (Mon–Fri, non-holiday) shall be dispatched by the next day.

- No shipments occur weekends or carrier-observed holidays.

Do you ship international?

Return and Refund Policy?

At Ason Bajaar, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality ethnic grocery and food products from Nepal directly to your doorstep. As we primarily deal in perishable and consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns for health, safety, and quality assurance reasons.

No Returns on Perishable Items

Due to the nature of our products — which include food items with limited shelf life — we do not accept returns once items have been delivered.

Customer Satisfaction is Our Priority

While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Our Resolution Process

We take all genuine concerns seriously and will review each case individually. Where appropriate, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • replacement of the affected item(s)
  • partial or full refund
  • store credit for future purchases

Our goal is to ensure that every customer feels heard, respected, and supported.
