At Ason Bajaar, we are committed to delivering authentic, high-quality ethnic grocery and food products from Nepal directly to your doorstep. As we primarily deal in perishable and consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns for health, safety, and quality assurance reasons.
No Returns on Perishable Items
Due to the nature of our products — which include food items with limited shelf life — we do not accept returns once items have been delivered.
Customer Satisfaction is Our Priority
While we do not accept returns, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Our Resolution Process
We take all genuine concerns seriously and will review each case individually. Where appropriate, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
- replacement of the affected item(s)
- partial or full refund
- store credit for future purchases
