The offerings include various Lakhamari types like Joprasad, Aati & Aaitha, Gulmari, as well as popular snacks like Furandana, Dalmoth, and Pustakari. All products are made in a clean, hygienic environment and carefully packaged to maintain freshness and quality.
The Legacy
Established in 2008, Kasthamandap Khadya Udhyog continues a family tradition of sweet-making, passed down through generations. Anil’s great-grandfather, Bhandas Rajkarnikar, and father Govinda Das Rajkarnikar—founder of Kasthamandap Bhandar, a well-known sweet shop in Basantapur—laid the foundation for the success.
With over 100 years of expertise, Kasthamandap sweets have been a staple in Nepali celebrations, from births to royal ceremonies. Now, with Kasthamandap Khadya Udhyog, it aims to share Nepal’s unique flavors internationally.
